I would like to be able to access the / sdcard directory to see all the videos, images, and other files that I have stored, I was googling and I saw that some use sshfs to do it when they emulate Android

This is no direct issue to anbox. (you did not even describe one)

You can also ssh to UT directly, what I would recommend you as OpenSSH-server is preinstalled.
Open Terminal, "sudo service ssh start" and try to login in from your local network using account phablet. By default RSA encryption is set up, which means, you will have to generate keys on your local computer and push them using ssh-copy-id to your phone

@YugiFanGX 3 years late but ssh-copy-id doesn't work due to the lack of password authentication.

as for this issue @jor1196 did you mean accessing files stored in anbox from the ut side
