FP2 (2019-W32) - Fixed

Tested as written in #168. Downloaded image (my soul.png), set as background, opened some app, locked phone. After swipe to unlock, no app visible.

Tested with BQE4.5 on Ubuntu 16.04(2019-W32) (Ubuntu Touch version 51 from RC channel). Saved my soul.png and set as background. Locked phone with browser, system settings, telegram and calculator applications open. Unlocked phone, greeter appeared , swiped away, applications appeared as expected. Set locking to expect pin, repeated, same behavior, all working as expected.

@UniversalSuperBox UniversalSuperBox moved this from QA to Done in OTA-10 Aug 13, 2019
