Improve documentation

Only one example marker is given in the milestones section.

\qt-s\*
...
\qt-e\*

The functional similarity between \qt-s |who="Jesus"\*...\qt* and \wj ...\wj* makes the latter the most likely second candidate for practical use of the milestones form by translators. Thus:

\wj-s\*
...
\wj-e\*

It would be most helpful to cite this as a second example in the documentation, if only to highlight it for developers of USFM to OSIS conversion scripts.
