Nesting of \+add ...\+add* within a glossary word ? #78

For languages that make use of clitics, the requirement may sometimes arise that the clitic is supplied by the translator and marked with \add ...\add*.

But what when the word is also required to be marked as a glossary entry?

We might then have the following:

\w \+add ng\+add*amakherubhi\w*

Is this valid USFM ?

Setting aside the problems it may give rise to after (e.g.) conversion to OSIS XML.
