Drop-down box in 'Investigating variations using the Sorting Network' is blank #675

Currently, there is no text in the label of the drop-down box.
This is a problem because it doesn't really look like a drop-down box that can be interacted with, and there is nothing to explain what the box actually is.
This can be fixed by adding in the label "Teaching Observation".
