Remove redundant headings in related lessons table for printable #857

A printable shows related lessons in a table, but the table gives the headings for each age group. This is particularly confusing in the case where there are only two lessons to show with one from each age group, makes it seem like there are two tables.

This removes the duplicated headings, however once
many lessons use a single resource it may be worth
redesigning this table. For example, unit plan may
be required.
