Automated build on Docker hub

It would be great if this repository could have an Automated Build on the Docker Hub so that there is a public pre-built docker container for this project that is always updated whenever the code is updated as well.

i know this issue is now old, but maybe it will help regardless. Because udp-redux is missing an automated container i now have invested two weeks and built it.

Im still in early github actions development, but i will be finishing this service possibly the next one to two weeks. I also setup a multiarch pipeline, so this container can also be used on Raspberry Pi's 1 to 5, because this container does not need a lot of cpu power.

Also, as you can see from my environment variables, i built in the examples from udp-redux readme. Maybe we can get more default options for already existing software into inbuilt env options to make it even easier for normal users who want this kind of service.

You also can send me issues on my github repo, i dont think the contrbutors here are still activly working on this repo.

Just a Warning: I'm not a software developer and i cant write c or c++ code. So i cant help in programming regarding the udp-broadcast-relay service itself. I'm just an automation and platform guy, as you maybe can see from my progress on this repo.
