Equation insertion in Google document #52

@HirotoKagotani

Google document has a feature for inserting equations using latex style keystrokes. For example, select Insert -> Equation ... and type "x_1", then you get x with subscript 1.

It works well when IBus is off or it is in ibus-mozc's Direct Input (直接入力) mode, but in ibus-skk's ASCII (英数) mode I just get "x_1".

I am using ibus-skk-1.4.1, libskk-1.0.0, ibus-1.4.1, and firefox-18.0.1 on FreeBSD 9.0.

Thanks.

Looks similar to #7 where I added a hidden option to emulate "direct input". I'll revive the option in both libskk and ibus-skk.

@HirotoKagotani

Thank you.

What will be the drawback of the option? Is there any reason for making the option hidden or even an option?
