ProbFuzz Bug Database

This repository contains the details of all the bugs from three Probabilistic Programming Languages (Stan, Pyro and Edward) categorized by the authors of the ProbFuzz tool.

The database is organized into separate folders for each tool which describes the bugs for that tool and their corresponding categories. Each bug contains the following information:

Type : Describes whether the bug is taken from a developer commit or user reported Issue and contains the corresponding link

Category : Category of the bug. Can be one of Numerical, Accuracy/Inference, Language/Translation, Dimension/boundary-value, Misc

Description : Description of the bug

Fix version : The commit link where the bug was fixed (if available).
