VoLTE random service drops

When enabling the firewall, I can make calls, sms and use data just fine, however eventually as the day goes on, calls and sms stops working until I restart the firewall. With the firewall off, I do not get service outages.

Am I blocking something that enables this behavior? I looked at this article and there is nothing that reflects this.
