A user reported a warning "COLLATE clause cannot be used on expressions containing a COLLATE clause" while working with a visual query against a Microsoft SQL Server database.

This is due to Ultorg generating a SQL query of a form that is not supported by SQL Server. I'll have to fix this in Ultorg.

This bug was observed on Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and 2014, but not on Microsoft SQL Server 2017 or later. Will be fixed in the next Ultorg version.
