Foobar 1.4 + more fixes

There is actually a release availbale for quite some time that is compatible with foobar 1.4:
Compiled and made with the help of @jmckinstry in #15 .

(unfortunately I could not test this release, if this does not work just grab an older one)

Update Discord RPC to v3.3.0 and fix metadata double click bug

Update to Discord RPC v2.1.1

Changes:

• updated to use the latest available Discord RPC library v2.1.1.
• implemented the new Discord_ClearPresence() function.
• improved detection when a new song is played
• slightly weaken the spam protection
• minor things

IMPORTANT FOR USERS OF PREVIOUS VERSIONS
The foo_drpc.dll is now bundled with the release!
All users of previous versions will need to delete their foo_drpc.dll located in their foobar2000 installation directory and need follow the updated installation instructions!

A note for Windows 7/8/8.1 Users:
I updated the Windows SDK used to compile the release.
Please provide feedback if the component is not working for you.

Update to foobar2000 SDK 2018-01-11

Recompiled with latest foobar2000 SDK (SDK 2018-01-11).

Keep in mind that you still need to get the discord-rpc.dll.

Testet and verified to work with the release v2.0.1 discord-rpc.dll (better to test with new ones once they are released).
