[improvement] filter by time range

while navigate on umami website details, Itwould be great to add an extra time range filter

For example, in today graph

if I clic on "12:00", then I would like a new filter appears with "12:00->13:00" value filtering hit/pageview/visitor on this range

NB/ you coulc apply this same pattern to a day range for 7 days view||month view
