Option to show CPU / Memory usage as a percentage on Dedicated plan

Currently on lower plans you see this as a percentage

But on dedicated plans you only see the value

This is confusing and during a recent support ticket i was told that the project on a dedicated plan was indeed maxing out resource during a deployment, however i have no way of seeing this because i don't see a percentage or max value.

Suggestions:

Make a toggle for all plans to show as a value or a percentage of available resource.
