When exporting entries, comma as delimiter is always used

Issue summary

It used to be that Umbraco Forms used the server standard delimiter when exporting entries (which in our case was semicolon). Now, it seems to always to commas. We'd love a way to set the delimiter in the configuration or have it look at the server setting for it again.
