Disabled input, when wrapped in `uui-form-layout` is not displayed properly in Safari

Which exact UI Library version are you using? For example: 1.0.1 - don't just write v1.

Bug summary

The color of the text inside the input is incorrect when input is disabled and wrapped in form layout element.
That happens in safari. See screenshot below.
Since this not happens to input itself, only in form layout, the problem most likely lies there.

Steps to reproduce

1. open sotrybook in safari
2. go to the story with form layout
3. type some
4. disable the input from console
5. see that the text is white not dark gray as it should be
