📋 Description
We received some feedback about how there wasn't any docs on how to use config transforms with flexible environments.
Turns out, config transforms can be used on any environment as long as the correct environment alias is provided.
I've updated the Config Transforms article to reflect this.
I also made appSettings the main focus of the config transforms article.
Finally, I added a link from the Environments article to the Config transforms article.
