Add frame number outlet to pixfilm #237

I would suggest an enhancement to pixfilm object...
it's very useful to have an outlet that output the actual frame number, in this way it's possible to show the position of the video output in a slider

for now, i think it's easy enough to calculate the frame-number yourself :-)

just increment a counter whenever a message goes into [pix_film]:
