Allow showing of generated methods in class diagrams #1250

Currently, UmpleOnine hides methods by default. There is an option to display them. However another option to display generated methods should also be added. This would help people to understand how to use the API of the model.

See also issue: #962 which is the issue to add generated methods to the model

This was explicitly requested at an industrial presentation of Umple.

Preliminary work was started on this branch : Issue_1250

Next step would possibly be to take a look at the Main_Code.ump file and modify PlaygroundMain to send the generated methods stored in the model when needed, and add them to the method list in umple_action.js.
