At the bottom of UmpleOnline we should have a message

Version xxxxxxxxx. nnn visits / nnnnnnn commands / users since October 18. Recent load: cccc command/

The version and load can be obtained directly from a new log command.

The number of commands resets each time the server is restarted, so it needs to be checkpoint saved every time umpleonline.php is loaded.

A commandcount.txt file should be saved that has the number of commands ever executed
A commandcountserver.txt should be saved that has the number of commands reported so far from the server.
A checkpoint file restart.txt should have the current server start time.

umpleonline.php should get quick log data from the server. If the restart time is the same as in restart.txt then save the commandcountserver.txt and report the sum of the two files.

If restart time is different, then save in commandcount the sum of what was in it + in commandcountserver.txt. And then save the commandcountserver.txt and report the sum of the two files.
