Import text is not generated for interfaces that extend interfaces in other namespaces #1493

If two interfaces are in two different namespaces, and one extend the other one, the import text will not be generated for the extended interface:

The following example:

namespace m;
interface X{}
namespace n;
interface Y{isA X;}

generates the following code for interface Y:

package n;

public interface Y extends X
{

}

which is lacking the import line for package m:

import m.*;

The problem only occurs when we have an interface that extends another interface. If a class implements an interface or extends another class, the import line is correctly generated.

PR #1482 (issue #1315) can be improved after this issue is solved (warning 42)

The workaround for users is to add depend m.*
