In a use statement add the ability to do pattern-based substitution.

This would allow reuse of generic model elements

The idea would be that you could say something like:

use Transport.ump vehicle=airplane, journey=flight;

Pattern matching could also be allowed as a further improvement.

As the file is being imported, the substitution would be done. Note that this would
add a few complications for generation of 'original' lines of ump files where the error
occurred during compilation.

A lot of analysis needs to be done on the actual syntax and semantics before any development
is done on this.

This can be done as part of the mixsets feature so it works for files and mixsets
