Hey, I create a vscode plugin for umple. it currently supports syntax highlighting (based on the sublime project) and a code snippet for adding classes. I plan to add code completion soon as well.

Great start @Digized -- Let me know any plans for extension; I would like to be able to interface it to the Umple compiler ! You say you are a 4th year SEG student ... when are you taking the capstone? Do you want to work on this or some other Umple aspect? Contact me. I will merge this documentation update shortly.
