HTML output of JUnitHelper does not specify the correct CSS class for tables #285

In the HTML result pages that are written by JUnitHelper, the tables do not have borders. This seems to be due to the missing specification of the CSS class.

If these tables are annotated with class="fit_table", they get borders and thus are much easier to understand.

This happens with the release version 2013-05-30.
