Using relative links in the HTML output #303

Right now we're using root-relative links in a lot of places (e.g. skeleton.vm).

Would there be anything against making those relative? Would make the pages a bit more versatile (e.g. when saving or proxy'ing).

For the wiki pages that would be fine. The files section will have a problem then, since there the paths are separated by slashes.

Added context root feature. Image links (!img) are relative now.
