Currently, the function umc_get_userinfo() (users.php) is static. It draws information that is only available because of plugins (like the number of homes, karma etc).

The plugins that provide user info should do so from within the plugin code. The function umc_get_userinfo() should iterate the plugins and look for additonal information on a user and then send aggregate it.

So we need a WS_INIT code for user_info data where the function is refered to that provides that data.

There needs to be an event to pull user data where all plugins can provide additional information to fill the list.

This is done. There can be more done to move code into plugins, but a lot of the info is coming now directly form plugins.
