Attempting to serve static resources from a classpath jar file on windows results in the resource not being found. This is due to incorrect URL (re)construction during validation in
On the validation success path it is reconstructing the URL with the platform-specific file separator (i.e. '\' on windows), which results in an invalid URL. A later attempt to identify the jar file that the resource lives in (with URL.openConnection() in resolvers.scala yields an exception.
I will submit a patch as soon as I am able.
