Remote Two/Smart Dock do not understand the remote ir codes from the Lumagen.
For many years I operate all my HT/Hifi equipment with the Neeo remote and I have learnd olmost all my remote controls in the Remote two with the Neeo, only the Lumagen i can not copy… the remote two does not respond on the commands at all when i tried to copy/learn this remote to te smart dock…i see no flashing green light.

Lumagen is using proprietary IR codes. We have been in dialog with Lumagen and gotten Pronto codes that we'll include in an upcoming update.

The IR codes will be included in the next release. Pronto codes are available in an SQLite database file on their site: http://www.lumagen.com/testindex.php?module=control
Converted as a CSV file, which can be imported as IR data set in Remote Two: Lumagen.csv

The Pronto codes from their website did not function when I attempted to manually add them, and they are not working via the new firmware either.

I've tried these, I've tried the code set from GlobalCache, and everything else I can find and the only thing that would work is the Power On command from GlobalCache, all others are non-functional.

I'm happy to help test if you have new ideas, this one didn't work.

Context from Lumagen, can this pulse timing issue be addressed with the R2?:

"The main Lumagen IR codes have been the same for over 20 years. We have dropped some that were used in the Vision series, and added others. We recieved our IR codes from an IR remote vendor in 2002. So, they predate the current common industry IR format. Some IR controllers can learn our codes if they look at the timing of pulses. However, if an IR controller is looking for the common industry IR codes they cannot learn our IR codes (e.g. Control 4).

I just sent Unfolded a message explaining who Lumagen is and that we would like to integrate our IR codes into their database. If they are willing to work with us, we will try to get the Lumagen IR codes into their database."

Unfortunately there's not much we can do if the officially provided PRONTO codes from Lumagen don't work.
Lumagen was so kind to send us the IR specification, but we simply don't have the resources for developing and supporting a proprietary format.

What could work in the future is the planned raw-IR support. This allows to learn and send raw IR signals (without IR protocol encoding & decoding). However, I can't give a timeline yet.
