Copy the content of the app folder into the app folder in the base folder of your Magento installation
Login to your Magento admin , go to System > Cache Management
Click Select All and Submit (the 'Action' field should be on 'Refresh' while you do this)
Go to System > Configuration
Select Payment Methods Unifiedpurse Form. Fill in your Unifiedpurse details
