This is failing but I don't know why:

Screenshot shows all fields filled, no error messages...

And filling out the example data by hand works. So tester issue?

Success! This is due to javascript submitting the form I believe. The webdriver has to wait for the element containing the thank you text to appear before checking the text itself.

Perhaps next time this happens I can create a video walkthrough, as I'm going to guess it's a pretty common issue.
