This PR adds the flat packer inspired by ss14 as well as our own suite of sprites for it.
How does the flatpacker work?

The machine board is researched by science as part of the industrial tools node. Once researched you may build the flat packer.
The flat packer takes mats just like the autolathe, exofab and protolathe.
Once set up, you can give the flat packer a machine board and press fabricate. The flat packer will produce all the required machine parts/components and raw materials needed to build that machine from scratch and place it in a flatpack.

A flat pack is a carryable item of Huge Capacity, it can be activated in hand or via the right click menu, once opened its destroyed dropping cardboard and all of its contents.

This is designed as a productivity tool for engineers, instead of running back and forth to and from and autolathe forgetting what parts you need, you simply give it the machine board and receive a package with everything you need. As they can also be moved around in groups with lockers and crates, they are great for large construction projects with many machines as you can load all your flat packs and open them up as needed.

The flatpacker has new artwork, including animations, a UI and sfx (currently just borrowing other sfx as i dont wanna fuck with addressables)

Changelog:

CL: [New] Adds the flatpacker, a machine that takes a machine board to fabricate a flatpack. It will fill this flatpack with all the materials, machine parts and items you need to build that machine. Simply bring the flatpack item to where you wish to build the machine, unpack it and get building! No more trying to calculate the amount of stock parts you need and printing one too few or one too many. The flatpacker machine can be researched in the techweb.
