Creates redirection from ENS name name.eth → name.base.eth

• Supports subdomains
  • eg. abc.name.eth → abc.name.base.eth
• Supports arbitrary basenames with setNode()
  • eg. abc.chonk.xyz → abc.chonker.base.eth
