A complete restructure and redesign of urbit.org with all content retained and new introductory content added, replacing the Primer with a set of articles and a roadmap for Urbit's future going into 2020.

Includes:

A new design using the Indigo framework
"Understanding Urbit", a new primer for prospective Martians
New content regarding contributing and developing on Urbit
A rune glossary added to search
Hoon syntax highlighting in Documentation
Reorganised site and documentation directory structure
Additional links to the support Discord, for users onboarding into the Arvo network

They are also now red.
