"Show guests latest URLs" setting not working well

Disabling **Show guests latest URLs" setting, for some reasons it seems that UrlController doesn't send anymore the success session variable upon the creation of a Short URL, hence doesn't let the user know the Short URL has been created.

More, actually the widget Latest Public URLs is still visible even if the option is disabled.
