Leaf support in Sublime Text

Adds syntax highlighting to Leaf files in Sublime Text. Leaf is a templating language, written in Swift, and used in the Vapor Framework

Contributing

Pull Requests should include your changes to the respective YAML-tmKittens file as well as the converted tmKittens file. Use PackageDev to convert the YAML-tmKittens files.
