Audit trail. Provide a way of identifying who did what. only available to superadmins. Would provide a way of tracking back to resolve issues. (Anonymous deployer)

Do you think we should make it an optional plugin for deployers? (surface it on deployments or at minimum on the wiki plugin list)

Ok, This needs to be surfaced on a plugin 101 page on the wiki for new users. I will add it to my checklist.
