Saved search modal title does not support html character codes. #3315

Describe the bug
I get Actualizar Búsqueda instead of Actualizar Búsqueda

Where was the bug observed
Production environment.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. Have Spanish selected as the language in your deployment

  1. Go to the filters dropdown, select a saved search
  2. Change something in the saved search (ie add a filter)
  3. Click on "ACTUALIZAR BÚSQUEDA" (yellow button)
  4. You will see Actualizar Búsqueda as the modal title
    Expected behavior
  5. You should see Actualizar Búsqueda as the modal title
