add rhie chow correction term in stokes cavity example

The files in attachment are the updated stokes cavity problem.
The documentation is fully updated, so it should be clear what has changed in the example.

I add results before and after for a pipe problem I solved, where the pressure oscillations are clear, and no longer present afterward.
