GmshImport should read element colors #261

As discussed in http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.python.fipy/2204 and http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.python.fipy/2228, FiPy does not currently read the mesh coloring information from Gmsh. It ought to (although, as discussed in that thread(s), there are some very non-trivial issues, e.g., we don't read the faces that Gmsh outputs and colors).

fipymigrate added bug meshes labels

Gmsh mesh coloring supported as of r4807. See examples after trunk/fipy/meshes/gmshImport.py@4807#L1367.
