constraining values with ImplictSourceTerm not documented?

Although it's [http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.python.fipy/989/focus=991 come up on the mailing list], the use of "whopping great source terms" to constrain the value at a cell does not seem to be documented in the FAQ on boundary conditions or elsewhere?
