Fixes #433.

Added PyPI and Anaconda, clarified the role of the Python package
managers, and mentioned virtual environments. While Anaconda and
Canopy are cross-platform, Python(x,y) appears to be the best non-
commercial Python distribution for Windows, so it stays on the list.
