Description

The element link below in the initial page is obsolete.

<link rel="stylesheet" href="specimens/css/public-sans.css" type="text/css" charset="utf-8" />

The problem is the charset="utf-8". For solve this problem, just remove the charset property.

A simple validation at w3.org can prove this: https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=https%3A%2F%2Fpublic-sans.digital.gov%2F
