This PR updates
us_flag_small.pngfrom a 16px-wide PNG to a 64px-wide PNG. This provides a noticeably crisper flag image in the banner.Note that I did not convert this image to an SVG. Why not? This image is an abstraction of the flag only meant to be used at very small size (about 16 pixels wide). We don't want this flag to be used larger. Larger uses of the flag should use a more detailed and accurate flag. Using an SVG might imply that this flag could be scaled up, and we don't want that. The new high resolution PNG is the same size as a similar SVG (each about 450 bytes) so the SVG won't save many bytes. And this new image should just update seamlessly into existing banners.
