v11 beta - Cannot update beta version

Describe the bug

The beta version cannot be updated to the stable version.

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

That you could go from the Beta version to the stable version with just one update, without having to reinstall everything.

Current Behavior

UTMStack is already installed. If you want to re-install it, please remove the service UTMStackComponentsUpdater first.

Reproduction Steps

1. wget http://github.com/utmstack/UTMStack/releases/latest/download/installer
2. sudo su
3. chmod +x installer
4. ./installer

Possible Solution

Add the version check and let the update pass.

v11 updates are automatic; you can configure in UTMStack's Web UI the time range in which you want the platform to be updated.

Trying to run the installer on a system that is already installed will return an error.
