This repository contains the supplement material for "Assessing Effects of Task and Data Distribution on the Effectiveness of Visual Encodings"(paper), submitted to EuroVis 2018.

  • study _ui : Screenshots of the user study interfaces.
  • stimuli : Html file that loading experiment stimuli.
  • responses : .csv file of user responses we used in our analysis.
  • analysis :
    • R scripts for linear mixed effect model analysis and its post-hoc tests.
    • Javascript code file for calculating bootstrapped means, 95% confidence intervals in a manner sensitive to a within-subjects design.
