LayerCake

Visualization of variation in viral sequence data

This tool was created by the Visual Computing Lab at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, to assist with projects in the Dave O'Connor lab at the UW Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. http://graphics.cs.wisc.edu http://labs.pathology.wisc.edu/oconnor/

For more information about the project, including how to add your own data, as well as approved file formats, consult http://graphics.cs.wisc.edu/WP/layercake/

To build this project you will need Processing 2.0 or above, https://www.processing.org/

You will also require Peter Lager's GUI 4 Processing (G4P) library, http://www.lagers.org.uk/g4p/ available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/g4p/

To use, simply place the entire G4P folder in the "libraries" folder of your Processing sketch directory, and reopen the Processing IDE.
