Steps to reproduce

Create a Vaadin 14 pre-release plain java project from vaadin.com/start.
Try to use Designer to create designs.

Actual behavior

Cannot create or open designs. Designer suggests to run "mvn clean package". Running that does not help as "package" no longer installs node_modules.

Expected behavior

When creating or opening designs, Designer suggests to run "mvn vaadin:build-frontend" to install frontend dependencies if they are missing.

IDE, Designer and OS version

Designer 4.3.2, Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, any OS
