When database schemas overuse nullable columns, using Selda to work with them is a bit of a pain since we need to explicitly handle the null case. To make this less annoying, we should (in addition to the current API) support a set of operators that copy the null behaviour of standard SQL operators (i.e. implicit fromJust).

A suggested naming scheme would be ?==, ?+, ?-, etc.
