solver.Add(sum(x_ij[1][j] for j in index_2_N) == 1)

Maybe we can add a start node and end node as arguments to the function. Then we can lookup the start and end node in nodes_mapping and use them as indexes for these two constraints?

Then any node can be start and any node can be end.
