Issues and Improvements for "Services" pages

"Services" page. The clickable blocks are not highlighted

1. Open the "Services" page
2. Scroll the page down and Hover over the "Design" "Software Engineering" etc blocks

Expected result: When the user hovers over blocks > the blocks should be highlighted in the same way as on the main page

The "Design" "Devops" etc page must be opened when the user clicks on the "Design" "DevOps" or any other link on the "Main" page

1. Open the "Home" page
2. Click on the "Design" or any other link

Expected result: the page "Design" is opened
Actual result: The "Services" page is opened

Valor’s Traits section. On the all-new pages. The blocks are redirecting to the "Home" page

1. Open the "Service" > "Design" page
2. Scroll to the "Valor's Traits" section
3. Click on the "Purpose", "Contributions", "Business Value", " Strategy & Innovation", " Full-cycle Service" etc

Actual result: "Home" page is opened
Expected result: The sections should be not clickable. Clickable must be only links inside of the blocks

Expected result: The sections should not be clickable.

2. Scroll to the "PO Benefits" section

Expected result: The sections should not be clickable.

Improvements.

"Get touch" window. I think good idea add opportunity to close the window by pressing "Esc" on the keyboard
